Applications are exclusively accepted via the Online Application Form (link below).
The staff of the Ilum School of Science shall adopt the following criteria for admissions, with information provided by the candidates and evaluated by the Evaluation Committee:
A | Statement of Interest (completed in the Online Application Form). The first stage involves the Statement of Interest, an opportunity for candidates to share the personal and academic experiences that led them to apply for the Bachelor of Science and Technology program at the Ilum School of Science. The Statement of Interest is essential to the admissions process and should be carefully drafted. Candidates are expected to provide an in-depth text explaining their interest in being part of the Ilum School.
B | ENEM exam score Ilum has access to ENEM scores via the INEP portal using the candidate’s individual tax ID (CPF), and adds them directly to the system, so candidates do not need to send the score in their application.
C | Interview with the Evaluation Committee.
The Evaluation Committee will pre-select up to 100 candidates to invite for individual interviews, which will be recorded and analyzed by the Committee.
The Ilum School of Science will select 40 of the applicants. The successful candidates must confirm their interest in pursuing the Bachelor of Science and Technology program after being contacted by the Ilum Board of Directors.
Ilum will reserve 50% of open slots for students from public schools.
