The meeting, which will feature experts working on different fronts related to AI, will have an online version with free access upon registration

Ilum School of Science will hold, between September 8th and 9th, the 3rd Artificial Intelligence Meeting: Politics and Artificial Intelligence. With registration open until August 3, the event will address topics such as ethics in AI, regulation and use of emerging technologies, and their impact on society.
For two days, experts working and studying the topic in different institutions across the country will give lectures that should promote interdisciplinary debate on the subject.
The debate about interdisciplinarity involving Artificial Intelligence is one of the objectives of the organizers of the Meeting, which is open to the general public free of charge in the online version. There are also 50 places reserved for in-person attendance, subject to a registration fee. Another 70 seats in the auditorium will be reserved for students from Ilum School of Science and collaborators to the CNPEM, Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials. The event takes place at the Ilum Living Center at CNPEM.
